When can I expect to receive my order?
Listings will specify if your piece is ready to ship or pre-ordered. Ready to ship will ship in 1-2 weeks. Pre-ordered styles have a standard processing time 7-8 weeks (not including weekends).
If you order a ready-to-ship piece with a pre-ordered piece however, your entire order will not ship until the pre-ordered piece is ready.
We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for international orders and are not responsible for delays caused by USPS once an order is shipped.
Although we ship internationally, it is very common for international packages to get lost or stuck at customs, unfortunately. This is something that is out of our control.
Where is my order? I haven't been updated.
Our website cannot update you through the entire pre-order process. Once you place an order for a pre-ordered piece, you can trust that it is in production has begun and that you will receive your order around 8 weeks after it was placed.
How should I care for my bronze and silver jewelry?
Be sure to store your jewelry carefully away from humidity and direct sunlight. To maintain the shine on your bronze pieces, please use the included polishing cloth in your order and polish your piece. Simply rub the piece down completely with the cloth and it will remove any discoloration.
Another method to clean your jewelry (this is most effective) is by using "Silver Cream," used to polish silverware. Simply rub your piece down with a pea-sized amount of the cream and a rag. Here is the cream we use, linked here!

Will my bronze ring turn my skin green?
Pieces from our Bronze Collection are made from yellow bronze, which is a durable, affordable, attractive gold-colored alloy containing copper. Oui Chef Studio bronze pieces, however, are free from harmful nickel. For certain people, bronze has the potential to cause greenish-black discoloration when it reacts with the acid levels of the skin, creating "tarnish". This depends entirely on individual body chemistry and is not the result of any defect or quality issue — it is simply the nature of solid bronze! It is completely harmless. If this bothers you, we suggest painting a thin coat of clear nail polish on the inside of the band to prevent any oxidation on the skin. Over time, your body's natural oils will create a barrier and your ring will no longer leave a mark.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final unless your jewelry arrives broken or missing. All jewelry has a year warranty from the date you received your order. Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. It is crucial that you know your ring size before ordering any made-to-order rings. Use this at-home guide to help you figure out your ring size.
